What to expect

Support is included with every license — there is no separate support contract to buy. We aim to acknowledge standard requests within one business day, and we prioritize anything that blocks a month-end close or a regulatory filing. Implementation and legacy-conversion help is included for new customers.

Standard support

Direct email support, step-by-step documentation and user guide, an onboarding checklist, and release notes for every update. Most questions are answered without ever sharing your data.

Implementation & onboarding

Moving off ACE or spreadsheets? We help with the legacy conversion, balancing your imported data back to your reports, setting up your NCUA / FFIEC report packages, and reviewing your first month-end close together — so you're confident before you rely on it.

Security & vendor review

Your IT or risk team can request our vendor due-diligence packet — our local-first data-custody model, code-signing details, and software bill of materials (SBOM). We answer security questionnaires directly. We're candid about where we are as a young company, including the fact that we do not yet hold SOC 2.

Recover quickly, on your own machine

If something looks wrong, you're not stuck waiting on a vendor. FI Investment Tracker keeps on-device restore points and takes a pre-restore snapshot before any change, so you can roll back safely without sending data anywhere. Email [email protected] and we'll walk you through it.

We help without your data leaving your machine

To open a request, send only your app version, platform, license status, backup status, and a screenshot or log of the issue — that's almost always enough. Please don't send portfolio files, imports, GL balances, or report packages unless a separate written agreement specifically calls for it. Keeping your member and portfolio data on your machine is the whole point.
