Your investment subledger, priced for the institution that runs it — not the vendor that hosts it

FI Investment Tracker installs on your own machine. Your portfolio data never leaves it and is never sent to our cloud — so there's no hosted-data risk for your IT and security team to clear. Pricing is public, flat, and annual, with a founding-institution rate for the first cohort. No sales calls, no quotes, and no implementation bench priced into your invoice.

Core Ledger

Track the portfolio cleanly.

For smaller teams replacing spreadsheets or basic exports. It gives the institution one controlled place to maintain holdings, transactions, maturities, calls, imports, and month-end support — and your portfolio data stays on your own computers, not on our servers.

Choose Core when the immediate problem is getting out of spreadsheet sprawl.
Operations Ledger

Run the investment workflow.

For teams that need more than tracking: legacy conversion, call-report support packages, reconciliation checks, approval evidence, and audit history around the work accounting already performs every month or quarter.

Choose Operations when the process has handoffs, review steps, or legacy-system cleanup.
Regulatory Ledger

Support deeper reporting and exams.

For CFO/controller teams that need ALCO, CECL, rate-shock, WAL, FFIEC/NCUA support, examiner evidence, and export readiness for a larger or more scrutinized investment portfolio.

Choose Regulatory when reporting support and examiner evidence are the pain.
Most institutions start with Operations Ledger

It covers the monthly and quarterly investment-accounting work a controller already owns — moving data off your old system, call-report support, reconciliation checks, two-person review evidence, and audit history — and you can add Reconciliation or the Compliance Suite later without re-buying. Choose Core Ledger if you only need to escape spreadsheets today; choose Regulatory Ledger if examiner evidence and ALM/CECL support are the pain. The first three cards below are the investment subledger — pick one tier. Everything after them is an optional add-on or the full suite.

Core Ledger

$799/year 12-month term — best price

or $79/month billed monthly — flexible, slightly higher

One controlled place for holdings, transactions, maturities, and calls — with effective-interest amortization and month-end close reports done correctly, not hand-keyed in a spreadsheet. Import your existing positions from a spreadsheet with a preview before anything is saved. Includes guided tutorials, ready-made help prompts, and install on up to two machines (e.g. your workstation and a backup).

Operations Ledger

$1,099/year 12-month term — best price

or $109/month billed monthly — flexible, slightly higher

Runs the recurring close, not just the inventory. Everything in Core, plus saved setups for moving data off your old system, NCUA/FFIEC support packages, reconciliation controls, two-person review and approval, audit history, the ability to roll back to an earlier saved state, and install on up to four machines.

Regulatory Ledger

$1,399/year 12-month term — best price

or $139/month billed monthly — flexible, slightly higher

Built for the scrutinized portfolio and the exam. Everything in Operations, plus weighted-average-life (WAL), ALM and CECL support, rate-shock analysis, exports formatted for common call-report tools (FedReporter, DataLink), expanded examiner evidence, priority onboarding, and install on up to six machines.

FI Reconciliation

$1,999/year 12-month term — best price

or $199/month billed monthly — flexible, slightly higher

Network, processor, core, and GL file comparison with saved profiles, exception reports, and reviewer signoff.

Compliance Suite

$2,999/year 12-month term — best price

or $299/month billed monthly — flexible, slightly higher

Vendor Command Center, Exam Room, Policy Manager, Access Review Manager, and evidence exports.

Full FI Operations Suite

$4,999/year 12-month term — best price

or $499/month billed monthly — flexible, slightly higher

All launch modules: investments, reconciliation, vendor oversight, exam room, policy, and access review.

Online Loan Applications

$999/year 12-month term — best price

or $99/month billed monthly — flexible, slightly higher

An add-on we set up with you, covering application links you send to borrowers, an application builder, PDF and document upload, E-SIGN consent, signature capture, and finished export packets. Note: unlike the investment subledger, this is a hosted, public-facing module by necessity (borrowers submit from their own devices), so it follows a separate hosted-PII control review. Your investment portfolio data stays local and is never part of this. Because real applications contain borrowers' personal information, we turn on live applications only after the security safeguards protecting that data have passed review.

Buying from a new vendor, honestly

We're a new company, and we'd rather you know exactly what that means before you pay. We do not yet hold a SOC 2 report — and we'll never claim we do. What protects you instead is the architecture: the software is local-first, so your portfolio data lives on your machine and isn't exposed to a vendor cloud that could be breached. The Windows installer is code-signed by Granite Hall Solutions LLC, so your IT team can verify the publisher before it runs. Your data is yours in standard files — if you ever stop using us, you keep it and your evidence, with nothing trapped in our system. See the security and vendor-readiness pages for the full review packet your examiners and IT team will ask for.

What it does — and what stays your responsibility

FI Investment Tracker is not regulatory filing software. It produces support reports, extracts, tie-outs, and evidence. Before you rely on or file any output, validate every call-report, NCUA, FFIEC, ALM, CECL, and GL mapping against your regulator's current official instructions and your institution's accounting policy. Your institution remains responsible for final review, approval, and filing.

Founding-institution pricing — first 10 institutions, then it goes up

These rates are the founding-cohort rates, locked for the first 10 paid institutions or any contract signed by August 31, 2026, whichever comes first. If you're in the cohort, your annual rate is the rate you keep at renewal — not an introductory teaser that resets next year. After the cohort closes, list pricing rises. Assisted implementation (hands-on conversion, file mapping, and first-close acceptance testing) is available as a separate scoped engagement if your team wants white-glove onboarding.

Lower price, and a smaller attack surface

Legacy vendors charge you to warehouse your portfolio data in their cloud — and that warehouse is what their pricing, and their breach risk, is built around. We don't host your data at all. That's why the price is lower and why there's less for your IT and security team to review. You're not paying for a hosted warehouse or an enterprise implementation bench; you're paying for the software that does the work.

What still feels premium

Procurement materials, proof that you can restore your own data locally, downloads that are code-signed so your IT team can confirm they're genuine and untampered, import previews, broad report coverage, and built-in onboarding are all included at this launch price.

How buyers should compare it

Compare against spreadsheet cleanup time, report-support prep, legacy tracking fees, exception research, and evidence-request scramble work.

Pick a workflow, not a pile of add-ons

Use Investment Tracker for portfolio lifecycle work, FI Reconciliation for recurring exception matching, Compliance Suite for vendor/exam/policy/access workflows, or the Full FI Operations Suite when more than one team wants the operating layer. Estimate annual capacity returned before starting checkout.

Optional website design and hosting

Institutions that need a modern public site, lending page, application landing page, or hosted implementation page can scope website design and hosting as a separate service. Mobile banking apps are intentionally out of scope until live account, balance, transaction, and core data integrations are available.

Try it on one real file first — our defect guarantee

Because the software is local-first, your data never leaves your machine — so trying it risks nothing. Prove it on one real file first: import an actual position set and run your month-end close before you rely on it. And if a genuine, verified service defect ever stops you from using what you paid for and we can't resolve it, we make it right with a refund or credit. This isn't a change-of-mind refund — it's our commitment that the product does what we say it does. See the Cancellation & Refunds policy for the details.

Checkout

Enter your billing details, then choose a plan above. After you choose a plan, we send you to our secure payment page, then bring you back to download the software, get your license, and set it up on your computers.

This is a recurring subscription that auto-renews until you cancel. Annual is a 12-month term billed once in advance at the annual rate (our best price) that renews automatically for successive 12-month terms. Monthly is billed in advance each month at the monthly rate — higher than the annualized rate in exchange for month-to-month flexibility — and renews automatically each month. Cancel anytime from your account billing page: monthly cancellation stops billing at the end of the current month, and annual cancellation stops the next renewal (you keep access through the end of your current term; annual terms are not pro-rated). We don't refund unused time, change of mind, or accidental renewals — only a genuine, verified service defect. Starting checkout means you agree to the Terms and the Cancellation & Refunds policy.

Enter your billing details and choose a plan to continue to secure payment. If online payment isn't available yet, we'll connect you with our billing team to finish your purchase instead.
