The company behind FI Investment Tracker
FI Investment Tracker is built by Granite Hall Solutions LLC, a U.S. software company focused on one thing: investment accounting and reporting for credit unions and community banks. We're not a general-purpose accounting vendor that happens to have a securities module — the product is purpose-built for the FFIEC RC-B / NCUA 5300 workflow your team runs every month and quarter.
What we build
A securities subledger that replaces spreadsheets and aging legacy tools: effective-interest amortization, MBS/CMO paydowns, month-end close, call-report support packages, reconciliation, and examiner-ready evidence — designed around how FI accounting and operations teams actually work.
Who we build it for
U.S. credit unions and community banks, from roughly $100M to $10B in assets. The vocabulary, the reports, and the controls are theirs — not adapted from a generic ledger.
Our local-first principle
Your portfolio data stays on your own machine, in an encrypted local database — it never travels to a vendor cloud. We designed it that way on purpose: the safest place for your investment records is in your own building, under your own controls, where we can't lose, leak, or hold them hostage.
Built to be verified
Every release is code-signed by GRANITE HALL SOLUTIONS LLC — the verified publisher your IT team sees on install — and ships with a published SHA-256 checksum so anyone can confirm the exact file they ran is authentic and unmodified.
